I called to book an appt to get an engine tune up and the service guy didn't have a clue what I…read moremeant by that... so I had to explain "spark plugs,check the belts, fuel filter etc etc". Quite frankly I still can't believe I had to spell it out for him. Then came the day I dropped off the car. Appt at 08:00... drove by at 10:00 it still hadn't moved from the drop off bay. 11:00 am still no movement, noon... 1:00... 1:30. By this time I was not a happy camper and just had a bad feeling since they didn't know what a tune up meant. I went and picked up my car and told them to cancel the whole affair. However that said I am giving them 3 stars since I think this may have been an isolated incident. I have had good service here in the past.
