They try to justify their high price to you the entire time by trying to educate you about your feet and why you shouldn't let other salons do things they do. I don't mind being explained once but I felt like I was being scolded and lectured the entire time. I finally had to tell them I was tired and just wanted to relax.

Today I had an uneventful experience with my pedicure, but unfortunately with my manicure, two of my nail beds started bleeding after the cuticles were trimmed (I think they went a bit too deep with cleaning up my cuticles). So next time I might ask the nail tech to go a bit easy on the cuticles, but she was very apologetic about it and that wouldn't deter me from going back.
