I called them to set up an appointment to get an estimate, and the response was almost immediate. Tim Rash met me at my home, discussed with me what I wanted done, advised me on the best course of action and materials to use, but also listened to what I wanted. Tim & Jeremy Rash and their crew are fast, efficient, and thorough. Their work is excellent! They are all very professional, very polite, friendly, and respectful, but most of all honest and trustworthy. There were some hiccups in getting materials in (not their fault at all) but Tim kept in constant communication with me giving me updates. When they said they would be there, they were there. I was given updates on their progress and projected completion dates, and those deadlines were met every time. They went above and beyond what I would have ever expected. They finished their work on my home yesterday, and it looks amazing!! I will, without hesitation, call Rash Home Improvement anytime in the future I need anything done to my home.

After we discovered some old termite damage in a windowsill, Property Pros were contracted for the…read morerepair. Tyler reached out to schedule an appointment and requested some pics of the damage. When he arrived he had everything necessary with him, down to matching paint for the new windowsill. Repairs took a little over two hours, and are indistinguishable from the rest of the room. He took extra care to make sure everything was well-prepped and had time to set before painting, and blended the new paint nicely into the older trim. Several weeks later we found more damage, and Tyler returned again to fix the new-found issues. This time it was more extensive and involved a baseboard, but again it only took a couple of hours as he arrived with perfectly-matched trim pieces and everything else necessary to complete the job. Both times he was very careful to clear the area, lay out drop cloths before painting, and sweep or vacuum the entire area after they were done. Polite & professional, but beyond that extremely competent and concerned about getting it done correctly and making sure we were happy with the results.

Just got done with a new roof from this company. They put a quality Malarky roof (warranty for 50…read moreyears) for me. Not only that, they were able to get my insurance company to pay for 2/3 of the price. They were more than professional and courteous, and amazing. They also re-roof the metal roof on my deck. Afterward, I saw some nails sticking down out of the metal on the deck and I have never seen that before so I notified the project manager. Project manager was in Europe at the time but once he returned, he jumped on it and the owner contacted me that same evening. Turned out the nails were supposed to be there but the former roof did not have that transition metal. I will definitely hire them for projects in the future.

Called the utilities to ensure he didn't hit any lines when he dug. They cleaned up any mess and was the best price of the three quotes I got on my ornamental fencing. Beautiful. Once during a sub zeo freeze we had a main pipe to our horse barn self destruct... that man came out in 12 deg weather in a gale and went after that broken pipe trying to thaw enough to get things working using a torch...I will never forget the sight of that man in a driving wind doing everything he could to help us. The wind was too high to get that done anbd we ended up having to wait till the high winds came down so he could effect a repair,It took an extra day but as quickly as things were possible he got it done. That kind of service is just unheard of...and we are very grateful to have such a skilled professional close by. We had him rebuild the plumbing under our house, replacing it with a high tech system that will not break. He got that done quickly and reasonably, and we haven't had a problem since..
