We paid in advance for seasonal lawn maintenance services, but the services we paid for were not completed for the full season. Despite this, the company has publicly stated that refunds will not be provided and that customers will instead receive credits toward future services. For me, a credit toward another service is not an acceptable replacement for a refund when prepaid services were not delivered as agreed. Communication and the way this situation has been handled have also been extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this company carefully review the payment terms, refund policy, and what protections you have before paying for an entire season upfront.
