I reaearched all the team before my initial consult to let Julie know who I would like to work with, had my top 3-4 choices and she talked me out of them to give me someone I had not wanted to work with, ok fine I wanted to trust that it would still work out. It didn't. I knew what I wanted and noted i needed help with arranging macros/ calories and for it to be simple for me, the initial call with the nutritionist was a joke of 'information' that I learned in grade school, I asked for help in adding more protein into my diet, noting I can easily google recipes but needed help planning out recipes in advance to meet my needs, the ' meal plan' i got sent was a bunch of links to recipes with no consideration for daily caloric/ macro needs.
