We hired Rick to do some minor repairs at our dock which he completed without issue. Unfortunately, the project was not completed and the boat returned without the new Bimini top and rear navigation light we prepaid for. In addition, the boat was returned missing a section of our seating and cup holders. I have followed up for 5 months and Rick has made no effort to finish the project or reimburse us for the money paid for parts and labor never completed. He finally confessed that he damaged our seat, yet made no effort to make amends. We will be filing a suit against him and his company for damages to our boat and for services paid for but not provided. DO NOT PREPAY FOR HIS SERVICES!
