My initial contact was with Dave. Dave was honest, professional and compassionate. He was able to facilitate everything in a COVID-19 safe manner for us, with limited face-to-face contact by utilizing digital workarounds that were easy to understand (even for my non-tech-saavy husband). Michael I spoke with on the telephone (probably more times and later at night than he wished lol). Some issues came up on our side (We were dealing with a predatory lender) and Michael was able to figure out a way to help us each and every time...with no benefit to them.
