I had been begging my husband to clean up after himself in the yard or to haul stuff to the dump…read morewhen he has free time for AGES. But it's a big RV yard with no RV behind a big fence so out of sight out of mind. Until we our move coincided with his deployment and suddenly we have no idea what do to with all the crap that we can't possibly get rid of ourselves. I found Tony with a quick local Google search. When i can, i like to stick small and local. The little guy has to eat to and usually that little guy is a neighbor i happen to like. I sent him an email for a quote through his website. He called me back within a few hours and asked for photos to give me a more accurate quote. I'm surprised he didn't turn us down with the photo of the fence panels piled 4 feet high! We agreed on a price and tried to settle on a date. Mind you, my husband was deploying in 5 days and we still needed to make a trip out of town to deliver some stuff to family. Stressful is an understatement. Tony was sooo cool though. He was super busy with previous appointments but offered to fit us in when we needed him to be there. Luc mkokily after much schedule tap dancing, we settled on a date and time that worked well for both of us. Tony showed up at the latter end of our agreed upon window, but kept us updated with GPS ETAs. He was very upfront about his morning time table. He managed to fit EVERYTHING into his trailer. It took some magical puzzling but he took everything in the photos plus a little more we didn't think to include but when we showed it to him, he told us to throw it in. He even accepted those evil palm leaves with the nasty spikes 6" long. And when we started helping, very seriously told us he absolutely didn't need our help until the fence panels because even batman needs sidekick some days. We helped load everything in. It's our crap, fair is only fair. At the end of it all, even with the extra bits, he didn't charge us more than the quoted price. I'm not saying he won't charge you more if it's more than the photos show, but it was really fair. The best part, at least to me, i could pay him with venmo. VENMO!! He takes a credit card, but he's a one man team and credit card services are hard on the small business. But i had OPTIONS! I didn't need to be walking around with a wad of cash or dig out my defunct checkbook. All in all, Tony was great. We had fun and funny conversations that made the whole job move along. It was all done and taken care of in just a couple of hours (side conversations not withstanding.) I would absolutely use Tony again to move anything around and i would recommend you use him too.

He came over with his friendly team to clean the entire place within a few hours. He went above and beyond to clean my backyard when my contractor spilled paint all over the floor. He didn't have to go out there to scrub it off but he was proactive andoffered to get rid of that. After the cleaning was done, Berry asked me to do a final walk through of the home to ensure everything was up to my standard. Overall the customer service was great and having a great attitude in serving.the customer definitely is a plus. Ernesto was very enthusiastic to get my business, even though it was only a small job (2 area rugs) & he was equally polite & friendly. He came over & cleaned my rugs & even cleaned an upholstered bench that I added last minute for a small additional fee. He did very good work & my rugs were noticeably cleaner & brighter! I was so pleased that I gave him more $ than the total cost of the job as an extra thank you!
