Impressively, he listened to our issues and ideas...and helped us come up with a creative solution that we could use to accomplish our objectives. He also was willing to include a few additional exterior fixes to be part of the estimate to be done while they were to be working on our project. Steffan volunteered to do a little product research for specialized materials needed to prepare the estimate.
