JNG = Just No Good. Awful beyond words. I suppose there are worse painters out there, but it's hard to imagine. JNG seemed promising and responsive during the inquiry/interview phase; but ultimately JNG's work was sloppy, incomplete, and totally unsatisfactory. Words cannot express how awful the painting was, so I'll let the photos tell the story. I guess they were annoyed that they had to paint the wall registers while they were painting the rest of the wall. (Why would you even ASK if the painted wall registers should be included when you're re-painting?? Who would want to leave the old paint on the registers while applying new paint on the walls around them?) As you can see from the photos, they didn't even bother to unscrew the registers from the wall; neither did they paint them completely. They even painted the front door shut, and consequently several of the female realtors couldn't open it to show the house to clients. Owner Jaime Toledo thought nothing was wrong with that because *he* could open the door. My realtor finally asked her husband to fix it. Big mistake hiring JNG. read more

I contracted JNG to paint a garage in the fall of 2019. Paint is already peeling all over and its just over 2 years. Now I am going to have to pay thousands of dollars again but definitely using another painter. Very disappointing! read more

Jaime is the BEST painter we've ever had the pleasure of working with. From start to finish, he was absolutely fantastic. Jaime returned my initial call in less than an hour (midweek, after 5pm!), came the next day for an estimate, and had the work scheduled and completed very promptly (... everything was all done 4 days after my initial call to him!). He sent references, and a copy of his license and proof of liability insurance with the written estimate, which was awesome. The day of the job, they arrived on time, worked quickly, did top notch work, and cleaned up thoroughly. Jaime checked with me multiple times as he was completing the project to make sure I was happy with the work, and he finished several hours early. My neighbor recommended JNG Painting to me for power washing and staining my deck and interior and exterior painting. He used them on two previous occasions once for painting, and his own deck. He was very satisfied. Our deck is a two story deck and that had not been touched in 10+ years. We neglected it and Jaime and his crew bought it back to life. It looks brand new. He was able to match the original color and it turned out fantastic. He also did interior plastering and painted our ceiling that came out perfect. He matched the paint which was put on 5 years ago. There was no paint or dust left anywhere in the room which was great since it was our bedroom. Jaime and his crew are very professional, knowledgeable, and polite and very, very neat. Even outside, the bushes, perennials and flower beds and lawn were untouched from the power washing and stain. Also outside, we had our metal railing sanded and painted. It looks great, it is shiny and smooth and there were no iron filings or paint on my porch. After he came over for the quote, he sent a professional estimate via email that included his license and insurance information. He came at the time he said he was going to come, and worked all day.
