He never came, never called or emailed. We gave him the benefit of the doubt and called him after 2 months. Again he said he would come out in a month. For 2 years, we have called Bob more than a dozen times to set up a time for him to come fix the patio. He STILL has not come and hasn't contacted us. The patio leads up to our pool and is a serious safety hazard for our 3 kids. If you want to work with someone who stands behind their work, go somewhere else.
