At the showroom they said and even promised they would take our old couch. We even told them if not we would not be buying. They agreed. It was a whole different story once they had their money. The delivery guys refused to take the old couch and even threatened to call police if we didn't sign the paperwork. We called the store and they said they never promised. Drove 30 minutes across town to arrive and be told by the supervisor on duty that store policy is to not refill propane after 5:00PM. Asked what the logic was and was told... "I dunno, store policy". Explained that I drove across town from the other store because of a lack of adapter and was told "that's not my fault". No compassion or understanding. No logical explanation for not servicing the tank either. Bunch of BS. Funny that as I review other comments, people have had issues with propane here also. Not coming back to this store.
