Never reveived the mother son video. 75% of the videos were blank/unable to be opened or camera pointing at nothing happening at our wedding. We never received our photo album or canvas prints. Direct quotes from Teresa: "I will send you what I have just to get this done". Weekly and monthly excuses why she wasn't done: Thumb drive got lost in the mail, I am finishing other jobs, im sick, ive had surgery. Beyond disappointed.
