They were already half filled when we got there at 7. Before meal, they brought it a couple dinner rolls and if you bake, you'll know their bread/dinner rolls are made in-house, not night bulk. I double checked with the server and she told me the bread dogs are made the night before and baked in the morning and throughout the day. I'll be happy to just have bread and butter alone but I can't. We ordered the calamari, they were not the rings that other restaurants do, it's 2 inches long, I want to say they were tentacles but not. I was ok with the batter, it was light and went well with the calamari. Verona salad was much bigger than expected. It's definitely a sharing salad for the tiny price tag. Very fresh very, very generous serving. Shrimp scampi with fettuccine was the star of the night. It was tangy because of the fresh lemon, the lemon cuts through the cream sauce and lightened the entire dish. The shrimp were nicely seared while keeping the inside tender, not overcooked.
