We started with a local realtor and wanted to purchase a new home. Our local realtor claimed she was not able to get in touch with the builder for over 2 weeks and also had a way of making us feel as if we were less than for our budget. Thankfully, Nichole stepped in and saved the day from a state away. Nichole was not only able to reach to the builder and make contact same day of request, she actually was able to get us in contract on a home that was not yet available for purchase. This is only the beginning. After 10 days of not hearing from the builders lender on the status of our application I reached to Nichole to update her. She was very gracious in listening to my frustrations and decided to take things in her own hands. Nichole managed to track down the right person to get things moving. There were several hiccups along the way from the builder and the builders lender. Their process and communication was beyond inadequate however Nichole always had a way of tactfully demanding a professional business interaction. We chose Nichole because she had listed and sold a home in our area for what we thought was an impossible price for what the home had to offer. It set a record for price per square foot out in the sticks where we were. We thought no way was that an accident, she has to be absolutely fantastic to have pulled that off. When we decided to move after 10 years in the same home Nichole was the only call we made. We had thought we would die in that home so had invested far more than we would have otherwise, and thought we would never be able to recoup our investment, but if there was anyone who could help us get close it would be Nichole. After two months we had multiple offers from buyers that Nichole's marketing efforts had found, and we sold it for even more than we had thought, and sure enough there was nothing accidental about it. Nichole's secret sauce started with helping us properly stage the home with awesome advice that we followed to a tee. Next she brings in her picture/video guy who takes tons of stunning pictures complete with awesome drone footage who creates amazing stills, a video walk through, and everything possible to make your place look amazing. Then she lists it and promotes it in the specific places where known buyers are, aggressively getting your home out there and in front of qualified buyers. She will not waste a second of your time allowing lookie-loos through your place, she runs an exceptionally tight ship and treats your home and your experience as if it were her own. Next, when it comes to negotiation her advice is impeccable. And just when you thought she couldn't be more amazing it's time for the appraisal and she meets the appraiser with an entire notebook she's put together for him to support the price (a new record for our area). For inspections, she is all over every single thing, no matter how small, representing you better than you thought possible. In summary, we adored Nichole. She is brilliant, incredibly experienced, savvy, cool, no nonsense, aggressive on your behalf, unbelievably hard working, and probably one of the best realtors in Northern California.
