I do not know why this fabric store employs an eighteen year old male and leaves him in charge of…read morecustomer service, but he is probably one of the most incompetent people I have ever encountered. I needed a very specific fabric so I called to ask if it was in stock and he told me it was immediately. Then he said he had lots of fabrics that were the color I was looking for when all I needed was velvet. It seemed like he didn't even know what velvet was, but told me they had lots of fabrics and I would probably find what I needed. So I drove from Auburn to check out a couple of fabric stores. When I walked in he and another boy were watching a video on a phone, they continued watching this video until I was there for about five minutes and then the person I talked to on the phone started helping me. I told him what I needed and he went around the floor showing me things that were not that and it turned out they had absolutely no velvet in any color so he tried to convince me that what I really wanted was a woven fabric with a pattern. While this store has a fair number of woven fabrics, never ask anyone for help or you will be faced with the incompetence of their employees.
