My Husband dropped off an antique mirror to be fixed and restored several months ago. As I walked into the shop I noticed my mirror sitting against a wall, filthy and covered in debris. I told the gentleman that was there (not the owner) that the mirror was mine and that I was picking it up because it was obviously never touched since it had been dropped off. Apparently this is not the first time this has happened. The owner Frank never called us, never said he could not do the job and left my mirror in the junk pile.
