It takes about 20 mins or so to register and they make you feel really at ease, then they look for a placement on your behalf. They deal with temporary and pemanent jobs and with most industries. They will also point you in the right direction if you are not sure what you want to so and will give you help with writing a Cv if you need it. There are roles from management through to warehouse workers, drivers and secretarial. Their biggest client is a huge local call centre and so its also good for younger less experienced people or those looking for a teturn to work - as no specific experience is needed for this company. First class !!

It can take some time for them to stay in touch with you regarding jobs as they have lots of people joining up and so there's understandably correlating administration tasks done by them. If you are a wheelchair user then the office location will pose a difficulty as they are on a level which requires going up the staircase first and there is no lifts available.

There is a fair amount of machines there to find jobs but can be out of order on those odd occasions so will not be so ideal if it happens to be on a day when it is really busy. It can be somewhat an embarrasing place to be, if you see your locals there as well applying for jobs etc but it serves well which is the main thing. There is limited parking out side but you can park a few blocks which should not be a problem.

The service at the agency was fantastic. I felt valued because they quickly got to know who I was, so when I called they recognised me. They are very approachable and easy to talk to. Generally they specialise in administrative roles but if you're looking for something in particular, they're pretty good at finding the next best thing. Their website is quite dated and when I tried to update me details on there, it never seemed to work. I think they could do with investing more into the site.

They also test you on microsoft and excel to see what standard you are at and can offer trainng if you need to brush up on your skills. They found me my last two jobs really quickly and te hourly rate is much higher than that of other eagencies. The only downside i found to them is that sometimes they would put me forward for jobs in areas where i said i didnt want to work (i.e which were too far away) and, whilst in employemnet kept calling me to try and poach me for other jobs. All in all thought a very good service.
