My cousin told me about this place so we decided to check it out. Here was our experience on a Thursday evening.
AMBIANCE:
Parking | All street parking it really depends on the time of the day, but on an evening, it wasn't bad at all.
Seating | Seating for almost 30-40 people both inside and outside. You have a choice of casually lounging or grabbing a table to study.
Feels | It's in the tip of an alley but not too much in the crowded city thus it's a pretty comfortable place to be around. The cafe itself is a pretty neat place. It does it's best to emulate a fancy hip coffee shop with it's art, music, and desserts. Great place to study, catch up with a friend, or simply read a book.
FOOD:
Chocolate Frappe (Recommend)
I would look into their drinks rather than their desserts. This was sweet, milky and smooth. Usually drinks can be overly sweet or just filled with ice but this was a good one.
Blueberry Cheesecake (I've had better)
It does look like an appetizing cheesecake however I noticed they warmed it up. If you do request for it, I would suggest asking to get one from the fridge.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
As a tourist they were pretty friendly. They were helpful and our food came in relatively quick.
TL;DR OVERALL
3.5 stars. It may not be THE place to be but I appreciate it's efforts. The menu was creative yet unique, the vibes was chill, and the service was nice. It's a good place for Westerners to chill if they're feeling a little homesick.
