And then a month later I got a BILL in the mail that I owe them $75 for the adjustment I had the last time I was there. So they used my insurance information to bill me even if my adjustment was already paid by groupon. How fishy! I called their office and all they say was it is a misunderstanding and someone will call me back. Who knows if they'll call me? Don't purchased their groupon or just don't go to a clinic with a service like this.
