I have videos of the leaks and picture of the siding soaked; Mark the owner said it doesn't leak..... This guy is shady and so is his crew, lost his BBB status and his main manufacture dropped him and sent him a cueist and desist. His warranty is BS. You will regret any interaction with this scumbag. I tossed him off my property because you will get nowhere with him. Tearing mine down after 10 months to have someone else rebuild so we don't have the problems.

They were friendly and professional throughout the entire process. They arrived on time and finished quickly, even with the tree stump removal involved. They listened to what features I wanted and put in a fire pit that has grates for cooking over the flames. We had a cookout with our neighbors the first night we used it. There's nothing like burgers and hots and pepperoni cooked over an open fire! We have made many memories with neighbors and friends and are enjoying it often. We only went back to them because they could offer a transferable warranty on the skylights. After numerous lies and missed appointments, we cancelled.
