Originally I thought there would be a catch they come up with a free estimate and will find anything to say that there are termites on property but that was not the case," the guy was so honest and sincere about the property and he told me flat out, no termites no issues however he did offer me his services for future prevention, in which, I will consider since this is a great company! Unfortunately I didn't catch the gentleman's name, I believe it was James who came out, but on the business card that he left, it says Ben Powers. We were at a total standstill...losing jobs as they came in and missing jobs already scheduled. Customers were upset and we were panicking...it was a nightmare. First we tried a local computer repair shop which was a huge mistake since they kept our computer for 3 days and could not fix it. We then called Ng's Computer Services (about 45 minutes away) and they came to US immediately, recognizing the urgency of our situation, and had us up and running within an hour or so.
