We hired this company to install a sprinkler system and do some landscaping. There were many delays and excuses as to why the job couldn't be completed. We believe it was because he had a commercial job where he would make more money and therefore put our job off as much as possible. We understood we would have and paid for a certain number of zones. When it was all said and done we paid for one more zone than was installed. The pipe wasn't laid deep enough and the sprinklers weren't tested to make sure they were spraying the area correctly. No warranty was provided. Plants were dug up to install the system, but were not replanted. At one point one of our plants in the flower bed was almost completely covered in dirt....I hope it survives. The workers lounged around in our patio furniture, left cigarette butts and trash on our porch, did not pick up pieces of pipe that were cut, did not pick up the flags marking where the sprinkler heads were, didn't level the dirt that covered the trenches, the list goes on and on. The plants were brought out and left for a week before planted. They almost died in the containers. The owner was more interested in being paid than ensuring the system worked correctly and showing us how to operate the controls. We were very disappointed with the work provided. If you are in the market for a sprinkler system, do not use this company. read more

Work was incompetent and sloppy. Confronted Joe on my concerns. He came over and got belligerent and got in my face and did a body bump. Man with this type of attitude towards a repeated customer and one who has referred him to several people for Sprinkler/Irrigation projects may want to rethink about his behavior. read more

Absolute Joke. Rendered zero services - tried to charge for a service call without doing ANY work. Quotes provided days later had no break down, responses came with hostility. The fact Mabank contractors of all sorts can behave like this to customers is atrocious. Learn to disclose fees, communicate effectively or shut down your business and retire. Joe is a JOKE! Stay away from Joe Boone. We had him design and install a sprinkler system and to landscape our property on Cedar Creek. Within the first 6 months we experienced the following: 1. The sprinkler system failed because of design and installation defects, 2. Much of the "guaranteed" plantings died because the sprinkler system failed to function during the heat of summer, 3. The connection to the water supply began to leak in the yard because of improper installation, 4. "Perienial" lanndscaping installed was actually annual and died at first freeze, 5. The sprinkler system still does not work properly. Boone has refused to replace the dead "guaranteed" landscaping because it was not properly irrigated. Beware of this one! Diagnoses wrong issue even though told what problem was, then charges ridiculous fees. Wants more money to do the job he was asked to do in the first place. Then harasses you over payment for non-service. Paid within 7 days. Avoid like the plague. read more
