I gave very specific instructions, contact information, etc. and she agreed she would do that. Upon returning from our trip I checked our insurance only to discover we had been driving a large vehicle without insurance for several months. She did not contact me when the policy was about to expire as we had agreed upon. This is totally unacceptable.
