I've had way too many bad experiences with roofing companies! Fortunately, my nightmares turned into a fairy tale with Joe Turner Roofing. They completed my new roof earlier this week. Here's what you need to know: they do what they say they will do, and they do a great job! Mrs. Betty Turner and her daughter were a pleasure to work with. They were on the job the entire time while the guys tore off my old roof and added a new one. My mid century home has a flat roof. If you have one, you know what a pain they can be. Joe Turner Roofing knew exactly what to do-they have over 40 years experience with flat roofs and all kinds of roofs. I was so impressed with the team that installed my new roof! They arrived when they said they would, at 6:30 AM, and finished around 12:30 that afternoon. These guys work so well together and literally did not stop until they were finished. Maria was on the ground helping with anything and everything; and she was busy with the magnet rakes during the entire process. I have yet to find a roofing nail on my yard! This is amazing. With other roofing companies, I found nails for years after the work was done. A dumpster arrived the day before my roof installation and was picked up the day after. I cant say enough great things about this company. They went out of their way to help us even when we were not their customer, we were stuck with another company. They gave us answers the other company wouldn't. After a long fight with the other company we were finally able to leave and decided to go with them. They worked fast and had our roof on and off in a day. Cleanup was excellent, no garbage ,no nails and dumpster was gone an hour after the job was done. The workers and owners are polite and professional. They tended to all our concerns and treated us with respect. They were the opposite of the other company. You want a great job and a great ppl to have work for you then this is them. read more
