All the ingredients are there, plenty of cashew nuts, bean sprouts, shreadded carrots and chicken, just missing some seasoning to pull it all together (not even salt!). I wouldn't order it again. Drinks are a little steep, 4,90 for an Arizona Ice Tea. Especially when there's a Coop one level up that sells it for 1,65. That being said, I will most likely go to Hitzberger again to try something else next time I'm in Sihlcity around lunch time. PS. All the packaging are bio-degradable. Definitely a plus.

I cannot have sandwiches because I have celiac and cannot consume any wheat or other glutenous grains, which also excludes anything breaded (life falafel, in one of the salads) or croutons, or breaded chicken (in another salad); so I would love to see some salads including simple protein like hard-boiled eggs, tuna or other seafood, grilled chicken. To be fair however, they also have soups, curry and quinoa salad, so it's not like anyone will go hungry once they set foot in here :-) All in all a great addition to the station!
