The amount of information I initially received to get started with the planning process exceeded my expectations. This included vendor lists and an personal planning program to keep all of my wedding planning info and progress in one place as the planning process continued. Latrice went above and beyond - helping me create ideas, keep my vendors in the loop, and she was always there to answer my crazy questions and random messages when something would come up. I felt so reassured about my day because of the support Latrice showed me. By the time my wedding day rolled around, I felt like we knew each other for way longer than 6 months. On wedding weekend, Latrice and her team were awesome behind the scenes - excecuted the ceremony and reception details, worked hand in hand with the venue to set the areas appropriately, they repurposed and moved decor, and made my day flow so flawlessly. Our appetizer was called lobster in the reef-lobster in tempura on a bed of seaweed salad. Yum! The salad was nicely done filled with nuts, cheese and pears. This is the first review I have ever written on Yelp…read more We booked a day cruise with Capt Matt last week I noticed that he did not have any reviews on yelp that I thought was kind of weird I figured he was just getting started in the charter business I saw the photos of him and his clients and his boat and beautiful locations in the turquoise water and new that he was for real We started at the most beautiful snorkeling spot I have ever been, Alligator Reef. He jumped in the water and took my three teenage children on a tour around the whole tower of the reef My kids told me later that they enjoyed Capt Matt's Charter more than all the charters we went on last year in the US Virgin Islands combined He made the trip fun, exciting and made us feel like we knew him for a long time He is very personable, and customized this trip just the way we could enjoy this beautiful area with the skill level we had After a vip snorkeling experience he took us to a place to just kick back on the sand bar We then had frozen virgin mango drinks with the portable blender we had on board, floated in the calm water and enjoyed the show of all the boaters around us We were vacationing in the keys all week and this was the highlight of the trip We are planning to return in a few months, Capt Matt and Tan Line Charters will be the first call we make upon our return Job well done, thanks for the great memories!!!!

Stayed in the Conch Villa as part of a pretty large wedding event. The first impression when…read moredriving into the place was, "What could possibly be back here that is going to work for a wedding?" However, the answer to that was surprisingly great. The villas have separate rooms with common areas and the one I was in had three bedrooms. The bedroom situation was similar to a hotel room. A nice comfortable bed, a private bathroom, generous closet space, and - most importantly - a good stable temperature even with the thermostat being out in the hall. A ceiling fan helps with circulation, which is great too. The only real downside I can think of is that two of the bedrooms are on the second floor, and you need to take this into account with your luggage as there are no elevators. Well, that and the fact that the finish of the stairs blend into the floor at the bottom so if you are older this might make for a physical perception problem as well. Anyway... Parking is a little tight when the place is full, but the location worked out really well for the wedding ceremony. Out on the point you can see the sunset across the water in the evening. Manatees frequent the dock which are a sight to behold. Across the dock there was a nice flat area on hard sand that was perfect for the reception. Yes, there are water activities including dolphin interactions across the boarder from what are the villas, but I can't make any comment on that part since I didn't manage to even visit over there.
