He scouted the area multiple times in advance on order to ensure lighting and angles would be perfect and he showed up early the night of the proposal to ensure everything was in place without issue. He also talked to management of the location and went above and beyond to ensure flawless execution from start to finish. Unfortunately however after the wedding is where things go downhill. Our photos were a month past our deadline, we paid for a photo album that we still have yet to receive, and the photographers are nearly impossible to contact. This is highly unfortunate due to the quality of photos. My wife has attempted to contact them multiple times only to either be given deadlines that aren't met or ignored with no reply completely. This lack of communication and thus ultimately professionalism as a whole in this area of communication leads me to not recommend this business. You can't be sure you can count on them to keep deadlines. If this changes and they fix this area of business they would be a great option. But until that does I would not book them.
