Initially, when they see you as a good target to steal from, Mark and his wife, Jaime seemed courteous, soft spoken, nice, convincing, seemed hard working, called us EVERY day but we have come to know these are all just a MASK to CHEAT and STEAL our money. We are now in March 2026. I have NO Pella Reserve windows as agreed, NO new Provia front door as agreed, NO new Provia storm door as agreed. Every time i asked about the status of my window order, the answer goes like this........Yes Sir, we are working on it, it's a Marathon, not a Race.......or Mark will say Yes, Sir, I will check with Pella and get back to you. ANOTHER MONTH goes by and Finally, I called Pella Windows DIRECTLY and found out my order was cancelled in January 2026 and NO Deposit was ever made by Mark Castle to Pella to even begin making the custome windows.
