Sergio is truly a very nice person. His tech come out and defog our truck's headlight lenses - super awesome results. Who knew!? Later that same day, Sergio came out to replace the truck's windshield. He noticed that the truck body was rusted and took some extra care & attention to apply a sealant to mitigate the issue. I got several bids from Yelp windshield repair companies and the estimate from Joe at Joe's Auto Glass was the best bid -- plus he would come out to my place (mobile service) at no extra charge. I needed a windshield chip repaired and he did that job great. Then he brought to my attention 2 of our cars that had "frosted" (aka dirty) headlamps -- and for a reasonable charge, and like magic, he cleaned them too (see pix). Joe was very professional, communicative, prompt, and did a great job repairing the windshield and doing the headlamp areas. Highly recommend! read more

I hope I don't have to use them again, but if my windshield gets a crack again, they're definitely the ones I'll have fix it. It was so convenient. I'm very disappointed with my experience with Joe's Auto Glass. A rock hit my windshield when I was on the 5 freeway exiting coming home so I started reaching out to different places that can fix it and come to me so the crack wouldn't spread if I continue to drive it. I saw that Joe's Auto Glass repair was near and had great review so I reach out through yelp with pictures asking for a quote. He responded back and said he could do it the next day and that currently he only accept cash. So I agree with the time, paying cash and sent him my address. The price was lower than most places and he comes to you so I was happy about that. But then no one showed up on the date and time agreed so I called the number listed on yelp but no one pick up. I left a voicemail and I also sent a yelp message. I got a yelp reply an hour after my appointment time from the owner and he said he got into an accident in the morning and asked to reschedule. I know getting into an accident is very unfortunate if true but other companies would've call before the appointment time or a little after the appointment time to let you know so you won't think it's a excuse or lie. So I had to take my car to another shop that I used before that charge the same price, I just didn't want to go there originally because I have to drive to the shop. read more

These guys were great. I gave them a call when my windshield started leaking and they showed up the next day ready to go. When they inspected it, it turned out my windshield was in good shape and the leak was coming from somewhere else. Sergio and Calvin helped me find the leak and trouble shoot how to fix it. I really appreciated their hard work and help even when it turned out they weren't going to make a sale with the windshield. I had a minor crack in my windshield, looked online for mobile windshield repair places and found Joe's Auto Glass. I reached out online, and Chris got back to me within a few minutes. I made an appointment for the next day as I wanted to get this repaired asap. Next day came and Chris was nowhere to be found at our appointment time. I reached out by text and called, nothing. Called Joe's shop and left a message, nobody called me back. I ended up fixing my car's windshield myself with a $15 repair kit. Unfortunately, my windshield was cracked by a rock on the freeway; I called Joe's Auto Glass for help. Sergio and Oscar arrived promptly and were very kind and helpful. They worked diligently and were able to completely replace my windshield in under an hour and 15 minutes. We had a friendly chat while they worked, and I even got some life advice from them. I'd highly recommend this company, especially these two guys. If any more rocks hit the windshield, I'll contact them 100%. They refused to let me overpay, they care about the customer more than any other windshield repair guaranteed. read more

Had 2 vehicles needing windshield replacement. The entire process was quick and easy. I would use Joe's auto Glass again. I called for a quote, we setup an appointment. One hour before the appointment I was contacted to confirm. Sergio and Calvin did a great job replacing the windshields. Very happy with my windshield replacement for a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I have to thank Chris for coming by and quickly assessing that the starburst crack had penetrated all three layers and was not repairable, necessitating a windshield replacement. He connected me with Serjio and Calvin (a brother tag team) to arrange my replacement. AWESOME!! AWESOME! AWESOME!! Like Allen J. and Janet S. said AMAZING!! Allen J. said the right words. LEGIT. I asked him for a appointment on Saturday but he was booked. He then said Sunday which was father's day. I thought he would be busy. He said I don't want to send someone on a Saturday trying to rush his time and do a mickey mouse job. I said "OK sweet see you Sunday. Joe came over on father's day morning. He did his magic and bam he was done. He is one friendly, polite and LEGIT guy! Don't look anywhere else. He will tell you the truth and top of that a discount. Even if you don't mention yelp, AAA, senior or military. Just check out his website if you need a quote. Or you can call him he will tell you the truth. He did his job not trying to hassle me into getting my lights done not like other people. OH he does headlight restoration. He saw how bad mine was but just mentioned it and went on his way to do his job. Later I got to thinking hmm maybe I need my lights fixed. So I asked him how much and he quoted me $75. but he said I'll do it for $60.00. OK I'll do it next time. My morning turned amazing with his wonderful attitude. He brings a smile on your face! Fantastic customer service and quality work! I called and spoke with Sergio about a broken window on my car. I sent him a photo and the year, model and make of my car. He gave me a quote within 10 minutes that was 50% less than my insurance company wanted! I met Sergio about 10 min from my house as I needed this to be fixed right away. He was more than willing to accommodate my schedule. Sergio had the glass and crew ready by the time I arrived to our work station. I met Sergio and his assistant and he proceeded to fix my car. No stress, no awkward conversation. Just a straight forward hard working businessman. Within 10 minutes my window was installed and good as new. He was even able to get me a factory window at NO ADDITIONAL COST! Great guy and I will definitely go to him for all glass work. I recommend you give Joe's Auto Glass a try as well. My car got hit by a stray rock or something on Sunday morning on the freeway. A crack appeared, about three inches long. Over the course of the week, it got bigger and bigger. By Wednesday, the crack was about ten inches long. I was dreading the possibility of having to spend $200 or more on a replacement windshield, but thankfully I discovered Joe's Auto Glass. I gave him a call, he said he could be at my place in about an hour, and he was. He introduced himself, took a look at my poor windshield, then got to work. It took under 15 minutes for him to fill in the crack. While it's still a little noticeable at certain angles, depending on lighting, it's waaaaay better than what it was. Definitely worth the $70 I paid (price will vary depending on type of crack & length; you can easily get a price quote through his website). My only regret was that I didn't learn about Joe's services sooner; I wish I'd known about him when the crack was 2-3 inches. I'll probably save up for a new windshield sometime down the line, but for now, this is a worthwhile and wallet-friendly fix! read more

An annoying rock lol hit my windshield while driving on the freeway yesterday and created a chip that expanded about 7 inches. I checked my car again this morning and saw that it had expanded a couple more inches. I didn't want to wait any longer so after yelping, I decided to call Joe's Auto Glass. Super convenient (he comes to you), fast (15-20 minutes), and more affordable ($60). Overall, great service! Thank you Joe. Their service by no means make the crack disappear completely, but they minimize the damage as much as possible to prevent continuous expansion. I'm just glad there's another alternative to replacing the entire windshield. Definitely recommend for any windshield repairs. read more

I had 2 windshield cracks that needed repair. A friend of mine used some nail polish to temporarily patch the window. Joe told me that the repair would still be visible, since nail polish was used. I guess we shouldn't have used nail polish. However, I was hoping for a good result. Overall, I still see the window crack, but supposedly it is stable now. read more

Joes is awesome! I made a last minute appointment on a Saturday and they accommodated me with no problem. I paid $50 cash to repair a crack on my front windshield of my rental car. Joe did the job in about 10 minutes total! Great service and great work. He did warn me that the repair does not get rid of the crack but makes it less visible. I was satisfied with the work and I would recommend them to anyone in the valley! Also they come to your house for free ! read more

There was an issue with the technician not making the initial appointment time but Joe himself contacted me and sent his son out to take care of it. I was impressed with his speed and efficiency. You could tell he's probably repaired thousands of windshields so I'm confident the repair will stick. Other businesses should take note, this is how you resolve issues and create loyal customers who will recommend you to their friends. Damaged my car during a windshield install, then largely ignored me. During a windshield…read moreinstallation, this shop damaged the frame of my car. To resolve it, they offered me a choice: refund the cost of the windshield ($400ish), or repair the frame damage at a body shop of their choosing and cover a rental while it's fixed. Has anyone had body work done and a rental car covered for $400? Yeah, me neither. These aren't equivalent options, of course...a windshield refund does nothing to address frame damage, which is a far bigger deal (and far more costly) than the windshield itself. And that's before mentioning I had to chase them for a week just to get them to discuss it at all. I also have to buy a new antenna, which they removed from my car and took with them. I proposed a cash settlement for the cost of the repair so I could have the work done by a shop I trust. After everything I've been through with them, I don't have much confidence in them or a shop of their choosing doing right by my car a second time. If you damage a customer's vehicle, make it right, full stop. A token refund is not a substitute for actually fixing the damage you caused. I'd also add that being made to feel like a burden for following up on damage they caused is not the customer service experience I expected. I have had zero input on how or when this gets resolved, and nothing is being offered for the time, stress, and inconvenience this has cost me. Take-it-or-leave-it "solutions" that take weeks to even discuss aren't customer-focused. If you're getting a windshield done here, know how they handle it when something goes wrong. I'll update this review, good or bad, based on how the resolution plays out.
