I called to speak to management, not sure who really answered. I asked why I was charged more and the response was first due to covid, then was told walking ins pay more than appointments. So which is it? I am a local and don't like the unfair treatment. That is bad business and they lost a new customer. My son is young so they could have gained a customer for years..their loss.
