He won't continue with work. The first half installment was supposed to buy supplies. But he didn't. He conned me into trusting him at the beginning. Very nice. As soon as told him that i didn't have the money. His attitude changed. I offered to pay for materials with my credit card and he refused. Stated that he only works with cash. I requested the receipts of material that he has purchased. He declined. Stating that that's not his style. One star is too much
