The layout is massive and the store is broken up into sections that range from beauty supply and cosmetics to clothing, electronics, seafood, and a specialty courtyard experience. Cedraui is a chef's dream and takes buying groceries to a whole new level. There is a mechanical wine bar so you can enjoy a glass of wine as you select from the vast varieties of specialty cheeses, rustic breads, fine wines, tequilas, refrigerated produce, or even ready made foods. Cedraui offers guests comfortable seating, big screen televisions and excellent customer service and I saw a group of gentlemen just hanging out watching sports on TV in the air conditioned food court. When the mercury rises this is the place to go. I am excited to have so many shopping choices in San José del Cabo.

Upon entering, I was amazed at this place had absolutely everything that I can think of from food to electronics to barbecue grills and everything else in between. All the staff was very friendly. The store itself was super clean and immaculate. They had everything that we needed from fresh fruit, to fresh prepared foods, to even cook foods. They also have a bakery section as well as a café. I definitely had to stop by the bakery section to pick up some pan Dulce and they had an array of baked goods, the smell just walking by was so inviting that I did not wanna leave. We were able to walk to hear from our hotel step outside and quickly just get a cab back to our hotel room. The only downside that I didn't wanna mention is that there are people that are working with the timeshares in the area that are walking around near the front of the store where the registers are.

Upon entering, I noticed the Michelin Badges posted by the door; a great indication that the food must be good. The restaurant had an open concept and a beautiful garden in the back. We ordered a variety of tacos: duck, rib eye, and Gobernadora (consists of shrimp, fish and octopus, with cheese and house made mayonnaise); Duck Magret, and Agricole Pizza with Prosciutto, arugula, strawberries, ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan cheeses drizzles with balsamic reduction. While waiting for our food, we toured their garden and I quickly recognized that Agricole was a Farm to Table kind of restaurant as they grow their own vegetables. They also make their own tortillas too from scratch. Food was absolutely delicious! Huge servings, plated very well, my pictures say it all. We shared a short rib in a dark chile mole that was excellent served with veggies, beans, pickled onion and hand made blue corn tortillas that were to die for. It was my first time shopping in a Mexican grocery store, and I was genuinely surprised by how modern it was and how abundant the selection felt. The store offered more fresh items than many grocery stores in the U.S.--and this was during the peak of the so-called "egg shortage." I snapped a few photos along the way. A couple of takeaways stood out. I bought a small stick of butter that was unlike anything I'd regularly experienced in the States--the flavor and the way it melted were noticeably better. I also picked up a few heads of lettuce that were incredibly fresh and crisp, complete with the roots still attached. Honestly, if I were back home, I could've planted them again. All in all, if you're in Cabo and need a grocery store but don't want to drive all the way to Walmart, this spot has everything you need and is very comparable to any grocery store in the United States.
