Vaughn took quite a bit of time asking lots of questions regarding the job. He was so detailed about the discussion that we decided to have him come and try repairing the floor to see if it could be saved. When he showed up, he was extremely professional and very detailed in his work. After a few hours, he had repaired the flooring and we were not able to tell it had ever been damaged. As he did the work, he found other areas that we had not noticed or discussed that needed repair and he completed that work without additional charges. He saved us THOUSANDS of dollars by completing the repair. We had called a couple of other companies and they did not show much interest in helping us. They only wanted to know how many linear feet that needed to be repaired and didn't show the concern or interest that Vaughn showed us.
