He didn't identify himself, he just started asking me questions. I stopped him and said that he didn't introduce or state who it is that I'm speaking to, he then identified himself and continued to try and interrogate me. He went on to mention that I had left a review. I left a google review that it was unprofessional after we made contact for him not to communicate his intentions. I'm waiting for a callback/text and a scheduling appointment and nothing. If he didn't want to accept the job, fine, be professional and say that. This man started saying facetious and insulting things about the black community. He stated the he doesn't work across the tracks in drug infested neighborhoods. I informed him that I will be updating my review to include his sentiments on the area, an area that our former mayor lives, along with nurses, educators like myself, and many other hard working people. This man had the unmitigated gall to say that he would call the police on me for harassment. I never contacted him beyond that initial phone and text on Wed, Jan 24th, that he requested of my address. This behavior is exactly why my initial review called him unprofessional, but at this juncture, it's beyond professionalism, it's problematic to say that about a community. I'm also fearful that someone who is supposed to run a professional business would call me from an anonymous number to harass me about my opinion. I will be filing a police report.

As a customer I should not pay for nothing, the job was not done correctly. My advice to new customers take pictures of your floor before they start the job so you can take care yourself on this situations. Value is not worth it!

The floor looked so bad we thought we would have to replace over 2,000 sq ft of tile. My wife called to discuss repairing the cracks. Vaughn took quite a bit of time asking lots of questions regarding the job. He was so detailed about the discussion that we decided to have him come and try repairing the floor to see if it could be saved. When he showed up, he was extremely professional and very detailed in his work. After a few hours, he had repaired the flooring and we were not able to tell it had ever been damaged. As he did the work, he found other areas that we had not noticed or discussed that needed repair and he completed that work without additional charges. He saved us THOUSANDS of dollars by completing the repair. We had called a couple of other companies and they did not show much interest in helping us. Jesse spent almost two weeks prepping the house which was badly needed. He powerwashed, caulked every window and door, patched holes and fixed nail pops, patched wood and fixed rust developing on our garage door. The painting was professional with two coats everywhere. Body of the house was sprayed then rolled. He does most of the work himself and takes a great deal of pride in the work. He does have a small crew that comes in when needed. AND he was very reasonable in price. I cannot recommend him more highly. "He does it like he owns it!"
