Kelly Smith was the realtor my wife was working with, and since she was going to be out of town for the holiday, Kent Temple filled in for her. From the first 5 minutes after meeting Kent, you know you are in good hands. Not a very caring Agent, knowing clients/buyers are waiting. I prefer considerate agents/team members. One who realizes buyers are anxiously waiting to hear if their offer was accepted. There are tons of RE Agents out there, and who want your business, and this isn't a team I would recommend based on the experience I had this past weekend. Kathy verbally agreed to notify us as we would have submitted a written offer. The next day we were informed the house was under contract. I am thankful we were not the sellers as we were willing to pay above asking price. Obviously the best interest of the seller was not her priority. We will find another house as material things are replaceable, ethics, morals and doing right by others are character traits that are not. Caution when using this agent.
