I ordered 2 different graduation bracelet charms for my niece, only received 1. Wrote out to customer services who apparently checked their CCTV. They maintain it was packed and sent. They told me to raise it with my bank - not sure what my bank has to do with non-delivery! It's their responsibility to make sure they deliver the ordered and paid for items. John Reed is not able to do that - buyer beware! Absolutely disgraceful company would never recommend them - quite the opposite. Had to grade them 1 because it wouldn't let me give a minus score. read more

I ordered a pandora charm from here and when it arrived I knew it wasn't right. The main issue was that where there was meant to be gold detail on the charm it was still silver. I rang them and they said to return it and they would refund me if they thought it was faulty. I returned it then received an email saying I had sent them a fake charm back therefore they could not accept it or refund me. This was the charm they sent me and were then telling me it was fake!!! I rang them and they accused me of keeping the real charm and sending them a fake one back!!! I advise everyone to check the charms they receive from John Greed. read more

Really pleased with my Thomas Sabo bracelet from John Greed. It came super quick and even though I ordered the wrong size, I sent it back and had the right size within 48hrs! Customer services were really helpful and my item was packaged nicely. Will definitely use again and I will be recommending to friends and family. read more

Never ever use this companies online business. I cannot speak for the shop but the online service is the wrong side of useless! With Christmas presents ordered two weeks in advanced for a product that was in stock, one would hope that things would arrive. A few days before Christmas I decided to try and contact them to see what was going on, an email was sent and the replayed simply told me they did not recognise my user account or order number! So I tried calling, started off at 27 in the que and after 50 minutes of holding I eventually got to speak to someone. I was then told that my order hadn't even been processed!!! Not to worry, we will sort it out and send by courier next day and you will have by Christmas. I even received a phone call the next day saying it had been sent! Well Christmass came and went and in January I got back onto them to be told that wasn't the case and they had sent it as a standard delivery. That didn't turn up either, no Christmass present and no real apology, a refund is apparently on its way. I will never use this second rate, useless service ever again and I suggest others do the same! read more

Read this review before trusting this company! I basically wish I could give this company a 0 star review! There 24 delivery service is more of a 48 hour plus service! Worst of all the company tried taking the money out of my account twice, i purchased a item out of my account then 2 days later it tried coming out again. The company made no effort in trying to make any contact with me, therefore make me think it was not a mistake! Lucky for me there was not enough funds in my account for the money to come out a second time, but I did receive bank charges!!! Great!! I have since spoke to my bank and they have told me that it's illegal for them to take the money out a second time without my permission therefore therefore they are completely at fault and should pay the charges! My bank said they should not need any proof sent by me as the should be able to see on there system that they have tried to take money out twice! The company have asked to see copies of my statement and they think I would trust them with anymore of my bank details! I would never use this company again and recommend other people steer well clear!! Hope you see sence! read more
