So, I made an appointment for July. Couple weeks ago, I got "Time to Check IN" Checked in online a week before. NO ISSUES They wanted deductible but I decided to pay the day of the appoint. I drive 15 miles. Walk up to the window to check in and the woman says, "still with United?" When I said yes, she said let me check. She then said, we're going to have to reschedule. WHAT? You don't have a referral. I said I had a referral last year. She said, you need another one. We discussed and the conversation ended when she said, "It's the patience responsibility" This is outrageous, as they asked for the follow up and reminded me to make an appointment. Then when I checked in (and they asked if my insurance was United) there was NEVER anything about needing another referral. It was the way the woman said, IT'S YOUR FAULT. That really got me.
