I really like this process because there's no standing around like cattle in a line and this is much more private for all patients. Nurse Kathy took me back and asked the standard questions, took my blood pressure and was extremely nice and funny which put me at ease. Dr. Sarah McCain came in with trainee, Emily. They worked really well together. Dr. McCain would kindly point out things and explain or ask Emily questions and Emily's responses were spot on. She never said, "I know this already" Dr. McCain showed pride in Emily's responses. They both interacted with me in an informative way, asking me about my questions and concerns. They were very respectful, kind and they really cared about my comfort. Dr. Pichardo came in, checked me over again agreed with everything they had noted. She was also very kind and told me to make next year's appointment now but if I have concerns before then, I should call and they'd get me in. I really appreciated that. The check out process was a breeze with Stacie and she scheduled my yearly appointment. She was also friendly with a big smile. So, if you need a professional, clean, dermatology office with extremely qualified and kind staff, this is your place. I use the Atrium Portal because you can fill in all forms online and even pay, so your check in will goes fast. You will also get your test results quickly.

I would not have made a trip over to their office to waste my time, which is just as important as theirs. I have had excellent care here removing three skin cancers and had Mohs surgery on two of them.
