I had to email 3 times initially to get her to take my deposit. When I paid the retainer fee, I asked, who is my point person and she replied that it would be her. After they took my payment in full, she contradicted statements made by the engineering team, was quick to get me off the phone, would forward me to the engineering team when it was a question for her to answer, or not get back to me at all. I regret hiring them and forwarding any business to them. My project remains incomplete but paid in full. I worry what I have paid for exactly with my site plan will only result in costly change orders from their incompetence.
