He represented us in selling our house and was dishonest, manipulative, and did not read or understand his own documents or the laws around contingencies. This caused us to lose two sales of our house. He decided to represent both us the seller and the buyer without getting clearance from his Broker, he wanted to double commission so badly that he lied to both of us. He refused to allow us to accept an offer on our house, told the first buyer that even after pulling his contingency he was still the primary buyer so when he failed to sell his house, we ended up losing both buyers. His own Brokers even removed him from representing us and buyers when the learned of his dishonesty, tho he pled not understanding his job. He is a politician also, so I didn't take my own advice and avoid Politicians.My advice, run the other way.
