My case came about when an individual made false accusations against me and contacted the local police department claiming that I had attacked him during a relatively brief but stressful interaction. Fortunately, there was a security video recording proving that the allegations were false. Although, Mr. Schefter gave the other party and his attorney the opportunity to withdraw their claim, they chose to move forward. Robert Schefter utilized a superior defense strategy that laid the groundwork for the other individual to, figuratively, hang himself during his statement.
