I text the detailer at 5pm on Thursday asking his eta because he never contacted me. He said his detail is over and he has to reschedule because the sun is setting. If you can't get the job done for one reason or another - please give me an early heads up so I can book somebody else - not let me know at the time of appointment you can't come.

I wanted it to look new again and that's exactly what he was able to do. The interior looks brand new. My golden retriever had gotten hair at everybody that has ever had a gold that knows how much hair they get off and I was shocked at how much hair was in the back. Now I look back there and there's not one here. It's totally clean. He also talked me into a nice wax on the exterior and now when you drive up to my truck, it looks absolutely brand new. All the little paint, transfers, and door dings I paid extra. I have him get off. I have very low expectation that they would go away, but when I walked up after he cleaned it. I shopped around with all ceramic coating/paint corrections companies, Sigma Kore was willing to give me a great price but after chatting with their sales team it seemed more like a production line operation where the quality would be subpar, yes I know they have excellent reviews but when they told me that a 3 stage paint correction and ceramic coating would only take 24 hours from when I dropped off my truck....red flags! I spoke to Phillip a few times before deciding to chose Mile High Image Detailing, I can really respect small businesses owners that take hours of their own day to make sure the job is done right and the customer is happy. My Raptor turned out amazing and the quality of the 10 year Modesta ceramic coating is bar none the best decision I could have made, and the the paint correction WOW is all I can say!
