I was referred by this law firm by a friend. I have never had the need to hire a lawyer in my…read morelife. I reached out and contacted the law firm and left a message for Jon Peterson to contact me back. Days went by and I got no phone call. I called again and left a message again with the lady who answered the phone. Still no phone call back. I called again and asked how long it took to get a reply from someone. After my fourth phone call, I managed to get the paralegal to talk to me. I explained I was growing frustrated that the attorney never returned my phone calls. A few hours later the attorney called me back and asked me to email him my documents explaining my case. he mentioned on the phone he was in the middle of a case and would get back with me in the following week. Two weeks passed, no reply to my email, no follow up phone call. I called the office one more time and got the secretary. I explained to her my frustration of waiting weeks for a simply reply via email or phone. I informed the lady on the phone that I wanted a reply from the attorney today or I assumed he is not interested in my case. She then tells me she will not let me be rude to her. ( what kind of business doesn't call a person or potential client back). After I hung up, a minute later the attorney calls me back. (all the sudden he was free to speak to me). When I answered this is what he said verbatim. " I am not interested in your case". and hung up on me!! I was happy this took place. It told me first hand how very unprofessional this law firm is. From the secretary, to the paralegal to the attorney. If this is how these "professionals" treat their potential clients, forget them! I would much rather give my money to a law firm that takes pride in helping people and offers a little more care about potential clients. Its clear these folks are knee deep in cases and cant handle much. Before they practiced law, they should have taken a class in customer service!

This time recently I was proved wrong by my thoughts of always having bad luck or bad representation. From the first time I contacted Liz at Johnson Law Firm I never had a doubt on how hard she cared and how hard she worked on my case. If you knew my past you'd definitely take my advice and let them see how they can do the same they did for me. I hope I never need be in the situation to have to have them representation me again but I guarantee if that day may come I know exactly who I will call. I guarantee and promise if they do what they had done for me you'll feel the exact same way. After being in coma and on life support for a good portion of 2024, I have severe PTSD and cognitive deficits along with many physical impairments. He was extremely rude, dismissive, made me feel rushed, and didn't want to give me the time of day. Based off the questions he asked me, he didn't read my initial message to him asking for help. Instead he made me feel like an idiot, didn't tell me why he declined to help me and just ended the conversation with a very sarcastic "good luck." If you want to feel less than what you already feel from not being able to provide for your family, call this guy! He will definitely provide that and nothing else. I am editing to add that Andrea was delightful and very professional. I hope she finds a different place to work that is for someone that doesn't demean people so much. I used to be a paralegal and wouldn't want to work for this guy.
