Clogged drain given 9-noon appointment slot. No one showed up. I called at 12:15 an was told…read morethey'd have their tech call. No call by 1:10 pm. I called them again and was told they'd would contact technician and we were his next Now 2:20 pm, no plumber, no courtesy call. Their website saying they rapidly respond is laughable. Finally at 2:50 pm I receive a call and they arrived at 3:15 pm. So I spent much of my day at their mercy. Shane Elmore plumbing became a part of this group not long ago. That company was the model for service. Too bad their successful business practices were not incorporated. Never again for me.
