If you are looking for a honest company to come out and pump your system, look no further. Today was my first experience with this company and John Seek went above and beyond to help explain to me all that was going on and everything he could see with our tank. This company does not push to sell products or push to do more work if not necessary. Very honest! My husband and I also wanted a riser for our tank that's deep in the ground and John gave instructions step by step on how to do it myself. So happy we found this company. I wish I caught the mans name whom came to my house today. He was a younger guy with his hair in a ponytail and tattoos. He was so awesome. It was our first appointment with them and with a septic tank. He took time to explain everything to me. We set up an appointment for this past Monday for the afternoon window and were home for the entire day. We never saw him nor did we receive a phone call. We called the 977 number and spoke with someone who told us he probably wouldn't be coming and that she would call us back with an update. We're still waiting for that call. It's impossible to believe that John doesn't have a cell with him, allowing him to contact us about cancelling or rescheduling. If not, why didn't the woman do her job?? But I wanted the tank pumped, the worker showed up, requested to not perform work due to rain (Not unreasonable) Empty Tank and Install Device to raise lid discussed and agreed to.
