He was extremely rude anytime I spoke with him…read more The final straw was my stepdaughter had to take her road test and we needed proof of insurance (my fault for not bringing it to the DMV.) I called Bernie and asked him to email it to me. He was more concerned about my stepdaughter being added to the insurance rather than emailing me my insurance info for the DMV. He got argumentative with me and said I was trying to "keep her off my insurance" as I told him her biological father added her on his insurance (as part of my wife's custody agreement.) Then he said "oh come on" and accused me of lying. Bernie is a very rude individual, would never recommend him to anyone. On a positive note, his rate to me was fair but you get what you pay for.
