They also made us go back and forth between the Bourne lot and Wareham lot because they dont know where your car is, as again, they took hours to write the invoice/report. People need to collectively report them to the police department as they are what the department call for any towing/emergency purposes in Wareham. After paying, I got my car back and I got it towed to my place with a different company for $150. If I can give this business a 0 I would!

I was washing my truck one day when I was in college and noticed a little bubble on the fender flare and didn't think anything of it. Now being in 2025 the paint on my fender flare has a big spot where the paint has peeled. The flare was not prepped properly and most likely not primed before it got paint. If my insurance company wasn't gonna pay to have the fender flare prepped, I should have gotten a call and I woulda paid cash to have it done properly. If you want a quality job, I'd go to another auto body shop in the area. They also charged me a hefty hidden storage fee for every day my car was there, including the three days of the holiday weekend while their business was closed. Worst, the mechanic lied about the damage to my car. Rather than waiting for the insurance company to inspect the car, as I had asked, the mechanic took my car apart without my permission, talked me through a very detailed quote for a replacement of the entire brake system, and then pressured me to let him do the repair rather than wait for the inspector. I had such a bad feeling about this place that I had it towed 70 miles to a mechanic I trust in my hometown. I'm so glad I did. His quote was very different - rather than the entire brake system being broken, there was one spot that needed to be patched. No parts needed. The repair was HUNDREDS of dollars less than what I had been quoted by Cape Cod Muscle & Speed, even including the long tow home. These people should not be in business.
