The driver TONY from MARC'S in Wareham spoke very angrily and loudly, refusing to walk in the snow to rock her car off the patch of ice. Today, my friend and I went to MARC'S to speak with the owner about Tony's nasty attitude and refusal to do his job. The owner Marc Whitney was as rude and nasty as Tony. Last night my plow guy took a few minutes and unstuck my friend's car - with only a little bit of rock salt. Like the other disgusted customers who received nasty service from Marc's I'd give zero stars to this useless, nasty business.

The time to fix the front end damage and get everything repainted was quick. I was washing my truck one day when I was in college and noticed a little bubble on the fender flare and didn't think anything of it. Now being in 2025 the paint on my fender flare has a big spot where the paint has peeled. The flare was not prepped properly and most likely not primed before it got paint. If my insurance company wasn't gonna pay to have the fender flare prepped, I should have gotten a call and I woulda paid cash to have it done properly. If you want a quality job, I'd go to another auto body shop in the area. I brought my truck here cause I wanted a quality fix and paint job done, if I wanted the job hacked, I would have done the job myself.

We gave them a call and told them where we were located based on which restaurants we were in front of. Time estimate: 30 minutes until they could get there. They showed up in about half that amount of time. The guy who came was friendly and very efficient, changing the tire in record time. He did a great job, and he was so fast that we were still able to make our dinner reservations. You definitely don't want to have car troubles on vacation. But if you're on the Cape and it happens, give these guys a call and they will fix you up as painlessly as possible.

They also charged me a hefty hidden storage fee for every day my car was there, including the three days of the holiday weekend while their business was closed. Worst, the mechanic lied about the damage to my car. Rather than waiting for the insurance company to inspect the car, as I had asked, the mechanic took my car apart without my permission, talked me through a very detailed quote for a replacement of the entire brake system, and then pressured me to let him do the repair rather than wait for the inspector. I had such a bad feeling about this place that I had it towed 70 miles to a mechanic I trust in my hometown. I'm so glad I did. His quote was very different - rather than the entire brake system being broken, there was one spot that needed to be patched. No parts needed. The repair was HUNDREDS of dollars less than what I had been quoted by Cape Cod Muscle & Speed, even including the long tow home. These people should not be in business. They are snakes, and they are unethical. Go elsewhere.
