My son lives cheesesteaks so this is our go to spot. I like the variety fun combinations to try. I like the one with the fried pickles. It's fun to try different ones. Always have the pepper bar as well. Unique place casual fun but not that cheap. But in my opinion worth it. read more

I finally had the chance to check this spot out. It's been around for a while. The staff is friendly and helpful to first-time guests, like myself. There are a ton of menu options to choose from. It can be overwhelming at first! There is ample seating available. The restaurant is clean and well kept. I ordered a cheesteak with Swiss and mayo and a side of onion rings with a fountain drink. The cheesesteak roll has two options, traditional, which is encrusted with seeds on thr outside. And regular, which is a plain roll with no seeds on it. I had the regular roll. You can dine in or get your order to go. If you don't feel like eating in the restaurant, you can call in your order and pick it up, as well. A little on the higher end of prices for sandwiches in the area, but I'd put the sandwiches up against just about anyone in south jersey. Big, filled, delicious...and lots of options. My go to is the Philly Jawn - cheesesteak with Cooper sharp, fried pickles, and Texas petal sauce. (I like to add regular pickles too) Amazing! Wife gets the Paulie with Eggplant. The vodka sauce is so good! I've had the leftovers many times. Wings are really solid too, like the hot honey and garlic parm. I've been here before...lots of choices...some good...some very good but some bad... Ordered an Italian hoagie...loved it...well made...fresh meats and veggies... I ordered fries...the menu listed crinkle cut fries or tater tots...even mentioned in fresh oil... When I got home and opened the fries they weren't crinkle cut and they were those nasty dextrose coated fries that no one should sell or eat... Can we all agree that French fries should be real potatoes...not coated with any strange solutions...cooked in a good oil ( with beef tallow) and that's it...it's that simple... Stumbled upon this place by accident and sure glad we did! The cheesesteaks here are HUGE! Yes, they're a bit pricy however you get so much food! Portions are very large and the flavor is there! We ordered a "My Tots" and regular cheesesteak and could only finish half the meal. We were really impressed with how thick the meat is and how flavorful it was. Service was really quick to get our order completed and the staff is nice. There's a complimentary pickle bar in the front so if your like me and love spice, you can load up on hot peppers and banana peppers. Haven't eaten inside yet how interior decor is all Philly themed. Recently opened--within past couple of months--so I tried it out. Nicely decorated interior, clean (see my pics) and the front counter staff was friendly and welcoming to all the patrons that walked in. Took me a few minutes to look over the menu board, because it's huge. Made my selection and the wait wasn't long before I got my order. The food was fresh and delicious. I'm definitely going back to try other items on their menu. While I was taking pics of the place, I noticed they had a wall with the flag and posted cards. It was called Johnny Vets! It was a pay it forward wall. This is a great idea, especially with inflation and a lot of older Vets are on a fixed income. If you are a Veteran and looking for a good fulfilling meal, go in here and partake in their pay it forward program. My favorite is the service, everyone there is so nice...the eggplant wrap is my favorite and then of course the cheesesteak wrap with extra wiz. I did have th hoagie and it was delicious as well. The place inside is not huge but you definitely sit down for lunch or dinner and there are tvs in there so you can be entertained if you are alone. I love that. I don't know where to start.... For the first time in too many years, I am "take out" happy We ordered the Trenton and the Nonno and fried pickles. Such stuffed cheesesteaks, I had to put leavins' in a roll of my own to make another snack for later!!!! The Trenton was beyond delicious and it was nice to taste the cheese for once in a cheese steak. Husband had the Nonno, and he was so pleased and he's NEVER pleased!! I noticed this storefront open up and loved the name. I had the wrong impression of what they offered and only very recently checked out their menu. I thought this was a cheesesteak and fries place. As a vegetarian I just wasn't interested and figured it wouldn't have much to offer me. The menu offers many types of sandwiches along with some appetizers (fries, Buffalo mozzarella sticks, etc). One of my favorite things to eat is eggplant parmigiana. When I saw they offered an eggplant parmigiana sandwich I decided to give it a try. I was so happily impressed by it! The eggplant was breaded and crispy, the bread was delicious and seeded. The sauce was great and the mozzarella just okay. They did not put on much sauce so the second time I ordered I asked for some extra and they provided a small container of it for me. My fiancé has tried the meatball parmigiana sandwich that has deep fried meatballs. He reports enjoying it a lot. Buffalo mozzarella sticks may sound strange but for this vegetarian it's a great way to satisfy my Buffalo sauce cravings! I suggest you give them a try if you're feeling adventurous! I visited this restaurant earlier today for the first time. I had read favorable reviews earlier this week which peaked my interest. I ordered a standard cheesesteak with American cheese and fried onions on a sesame roll. The cheesesteak cost $13 plus tax plus credit card fee plus counter service tip. The total cost was $18. The wait time was about 10 minutes for the cheesesteak to be prepared. Counter service was very friendly. Pickles, hot peppers, mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise, and hot sauce are all available via a "help yourself" counter. The cheesesteak meat was not chopped up finely but rather chopped up in chunks. This is not preferred by me but is very acceptable. The meat lacked enough seasoning as the meat was a tad bit bland. The amount of meat and cheese was also a bit lacking. I am guessing this sandwich may have had no more than 10 oz. of meat by weight. Not a weighty sandwich. The 10" long sesame roll was very good. I am not a cheesesteak connoisseur. Overall, I would rate the cheesesteak 7.5/10. Not great....not bad. read more
