I think they gave me the tourist price and not the local rate. However, I can't really complain since the barber did a great job. When I flew back from Brazil to New York, of course, my nosey crew members asked me how much I paid. They all screamed "Oh my! You spent too much! We only pay 40 riels when we go to São Paulo, and we go to the one near our hotel. At first, I thought hmm....maybe they did take advantage of me since I didn't speak Portuguese. Oh well, maybe I should have asked before getting my haircut.

One of the best haircuts I've ever had. Personalised service and offer beer water or coffee in the price but drink up because it is a little bit more expensive than elsewhere in the city however well worth it.

Upon arrival, I was greeted at the desk, told them (in portuguese since I'm originally from here) that I wanted a trim. One of the barbers introduced himself, offered me water or coffee. To be honest, I barely had a chance to look around. But the place looked nice from what I saw, with a fully reclinable barber chair. The service was excellent. He started by trimming and edging. Then he gave me what I would call a -- light facial -- with a scrub, exfoliate and a hot towel. He then used a vibrating massager and "massaged" my face and head. I was so relaxed and nearly asleep. Then he finished my neck and cheek area with a straight razor. Some more lotions and about 20 minutes later I was done. My skin felt very smooth and my beard was perfect!! It cost me R$50 reals, not bad at all.

Pedi ao Jonathan luzes e Ombre, toque na raiz também. Minha filha teve que refazer um trabalho de luzes mal feito em outro salão. Fiquei impressionada com o resultado. Fizeram uma reconstrução do cabelo também, e um babyliss pra finalizar com um serum perfumado pra selar as pontas. Demorei para fazer esse comentário mas aqui está. Vale muito a pena, para quem quer um resultado excelente. Visitamos dia 4/9/25. Moramos fora do país e posso afirmar que com mais de 30 anos morando no exterior e 24 em São Paulo, esta é a primeira vez que encontro alguém tão competente. Jonathan e Jesse, vocês está de parabéns.
