When we returned home after a week-long vacation on a Saturday night, we discovered that everything in our freezer had melted and our fridge was hot. We called and left a message for John, not expecting to hear from him til Monday, especially since the next day was Easter. John called back within half an hour and was at our house on Saturday night fixing our fridge. He did a fantastic job and didn't charge anything extra for after hours service (in fact, it was cheaper than some other repair places we found online that wouldn't be at our house until late the following week).
