We went there for an oil change, was told they would fit us in in the morning. We waited at least…read morean hour, then asked for a time frame, we got the run around with no ball park time. Heard them on the phone giving a similar response to someone else. Then we were told it would not be before the afternoon. A waste of our time. I drove 1 1/2 hours to Jiffy lube and got in right away. I recommend that they are straight up with people with timing, and not string people along, that's just unpleasant.

I drive from out of town now for my old Mitsubishi, because they have been fixing it and maintaining it for about 10 years. As many of you, I hate going to an auto repair shop. We feel like we are being taken advantage of. I like the personal connection I have with them and the history. They will do their best to fix any issue you have, as fast as they can. They are doing their best during COVID - though, there has been one or two occasions when there were 6 to 7 people inside, when the maximum is 5. Everyone was wearing a mask, though.
